Free SSL and Hostname for your UniFi Controller!

Free SSL

This tool will allow you to get an SSL for your controller by creating a subdomain of this domain (e.x. msp.uicontroller.com) and automatically have an SSL attached to it.

As a side benefit you get an easy to remember hostname and an obscured origin server that cannot be looked up, as it runs through a CDN.

Your controller will be accessible from a vanity domain like https://demo.uicontroller.com:8443 and it will have an SSL attached to it

How does it work?

We built this as a No Code project.
• You give us a subdomain and the static IP address of your controller.
• We use Zapier to post a JSON request to add a record to Cloudflare for your subdomain and IP address.
• We have Cloudflare to run a SSL on it and also run it through it’s CDN - obscuring your origin IP address.
• After a few moments your new subdomain will connect to your IP address.
